Dispute resolution
(including bankruptcy)

We represent clients in disputes in the Russian commercial (arbitrazh) courts and in the courts of general jurisdiction at all levels, as well as in international arbitration.
Clients usually turn to us for help with disputes arising out of bankruptcy, commercial contracts (for example, supply, lease, rental, real estate transactions, construction or services contracts), corporate, financial and labour relations.

Our extensive experience in international law firms enables us to assist our clients with the enforcement of Russian court judgments abroad and the recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards in Russia.

We are experienced in managing multi-jurisdictional disputes and co-ordinating the work of local counsel whom we engage from our reliable network of local lawyers built up over the years.
